The implementation of Executive Order 2025-16 has been reinstituted. Providers who have already submitted an attestation do not need to take further action. The attestation form link is in the provider letter.

Message from OHCA

As you may recall, the Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) paused the
implementation of Executive Order (EO) 2025-16 regarding required provider
attestations on November 12, 2025. EO 2025-16 was reissued on Jan. 15, 2026. In
accordance with the updated EO language, OHCA is reinstituting the provider
attestation requirement, effective immediately.

Actions Required:
• If you have already submitted a provider attestation, no further action is
required.
• If you have not submitted a provider attestation, please submit the updated
provider attestation form linked above no later than 5 p.m. on May 15, 2026.

There is a FAQ link in the provider letter which includes contact info. Please direct all questions about this matter to OHCA.

As of right now CDCs are being rejected by DMH which is causing CDC's to come back in CDCUW status.

PICIS is currently down at the moment.

The best thing to do is to resubmit at a later time. You will highlight the CDCUW and click on submit. It may be best to wait until later tonight or tomorrow.
