The duplicate results have been fixed for everyone. The future CDC issue has been resolved. The CDCs in CDCUW for invalid transaction date can now be submitted again. You will highlight the CDCUW and then click on submit.

Duplicate Results: You may have an increase in Userwait items that appear to have duplicate payments. We are fixing this issue so please avoid adjusting these items since we will remove the duplicates. We've fixed the issue for all future RAs.

CDC Issues: CDCs are currently into CDCUW for Transaction date problem. We made adjustments with our new server that may have impacted the date on CDCs. The issue only happens when you are submitting a CDC for a future date. We are working to get this resolved.

We will give an all clear once these issues are resolved.

Our Availity billing that was submitted last week did not get transmitted because of an Availity FTP issue that was identified today. This issue has been resolved so all of the billing since then will be transmitted as of today.
